We loved this charming hotel. Personnel was kind, amenities are excellent, comfy, clean, and very cozy. Easy access to train and ski lifts. Nice decoration. Excellent restaurant (good cocktails). Cute living room/bar area with fireplace, and really nice complimentary tea time. The charm of of a small hotel with the standards of a 4*. Kudos to the team!

Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast and eating area was so cozy and friendly each morning with newspapers there. It’s very close to Alpine Express train stop (but you don’t hear or see it). If you want a hotel with an alive and cozy “vibe” to stay in during the ski season, this is it.

I wish i could come back today!!! It was a fantastic experience! Switzerland is a dream and this hotel completed it! A beautiful location, on the shore of the lake, with swans accompanying you for breakfast. Breakfast is great and the bread is out of this world! Great selection and small daily variations. The rooms we've had, had the most amazing view to the garden, mountains and lake, super clean and comfy beds! We were so happy and super surprised to find English channels on the TV (from news to movies). A great touch from the property! We had a car but there is bus 21 just in front of the hotel and also the ferry (great beautiful experience) in front of the restaurant, to take you to Interlaken in less than 10 minutes! The staff from reception, breakfast room and cleaners are beautiful people and super helpful with everything you need! I completely loved this place! We will DEFINITEVELY come back! Thank you so much for a gorgeous time!
