Amazing staff, always ready to help and keep smiling. Would love to go back again, just because of rhe place, the hotel and the staff!! The breakfast was in general good, but I usually get bored of eating the same stuff everyday. So a bit of variety to add will be a bonus.

The most wonderful hotel room by the lake! Perfect for a relaxing few days. I came here last fall and it was beautifu in all seasons. The hotel staff are very nice.

The staff are very friendly and warm! The environment is great too! Although the bathrooms are shared, they are very clean. It's close to the tennis courts and the snow mountain 🏔️. The nearby cable car station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely book here again.^_^
