Не дивлячись на те, що будинок знаходиться біля залізної дороги, поїзди вночі не їздять, тому було тихо. Також якісні вікна, які не пропускали ні повітря, ні звуки з вулиці. Теплі підлога і рекуперація повітря. Центр міста у 2 кроках. Гостьова картка для проїзду на автобусах у місті теж була надана господарем. Повністю рекомендуємо
