The location and the views were excellent. We was there for 4 nights in total over new years ! New Year’s Eve we had dinner in the hotel and it was amazing ! So tasty! It was ashame that there was no snow because the full bodmi arena wasn’t open but that’s nothing on the hotel! The breakfast was nice, so much variety ! Staff were super friendly ! Loved the little notes in the morning to inform us what was happening each day.

We loved our stay here! Marianne was very warm, welcoming and friendly. She advised us on some local walks we could do as that's what we enjoyed doing. The property was clean and had all the ammenities we needed as we cooked our own dinners in the chalet. The beds were comfortable and the room very dark in the evening to aid with sleeping. No noises at all. This place is located very near to a bus stop that takes you all the way into Grindelwald.
