The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the "Centro storico". The breakfast was a free breakfast in a local Cafe Bar - which was fine.

The staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and to accommodate everyone. They were all so friendly and outgoing. Always smiling and positive. This is an exceptional hotel and a joy to stay at. Very high levels of cleanliness, quiet, very kind and supportive staff, good breakfast, comfortable, and very well priced. On top of this the location is perfect for exploring Ferrara. I don't normally write reviews but this experience has been superb.

Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in the residential part of Ferrara. Good communication with the owner. Generally easy parking, convenient access with a key card. The apartment & hall have a nice design, everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed. The window blinds make the room super dark when closed if you like that. Not a problem for me, but if you want to mostly spend time in the center, just be aware that it's about ~12 min fast walk just to the city walls.
