The place was super clean and organized and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they literally helped us with everything and we felt like its our family there, the place is in the center of the city close to everything and its so easy to get there and the owner came to meet us and to explain everything to us from the first second there. Its not 10/10 its 10000/10 and if im coming back to Messina im gonna go back to suleima ❤️.

Olivuzza 27 fornece quartos em Palermo. Teatro Politeama fica a menos de 1 km de distância e Church of the Gesu fica a 17 minutos a pé. Cozy apartment and the soundproofing was excellent. We slept better here than any other in Italy in spite of it being in the middle of a bustle city. The bed was super comfortable and the IKEA furnishings were perfect for the space. We had room to stash our suitcases out of the way and hang all our clothes.

Domenico was an amazing host. He was there to welcome us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was great and fully equipped with all the essentials. I travelled with my family (including our 15-month-old toddler), and he even provided a cot and high chair, which really made us feel at home. Big thanks for everything, Domenico.. you made our stay in Palermo truly enjoyable. 100% recommended! 🌟

Palazzo Cartari is a wonderful place. It was a joy to stay there. Perhaps most notably, the staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They all speak excellent English. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Palermo. My room was stylish, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully equipped. The breakfast was varied and excellent. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Ballarò Market for a wonderful lunch of Palermo's famous street foods. If you want to be close to the historic center when visiting Palermo and its innumerable interests. I can't imagine a better place.
