We picked the hotel based on the reviews and were absolutely delighted with our stay. This is a fantastic hotel, the staff, the rooms, the location, the whole experience is 5 star. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, dinner recommendation from the hotel manager was excellent. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for if you’re considering a stay in Palermo!

He was there to welcome us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was great and fully equipped with all the essentials. I travelled with my family (including our 15-month-old toddler), and he even provided a cot and high chair, which really made us feel at home.
