The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room we rented had a jacuzzi on the balcony that unfortunately did not work. However, the staff was relentless in trying to get it to work for our stay. Even though we were not able to get it to work, the staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable and it more than made up for the jacuzzi. To me, this is was way more important than a jacuzzi.

We loved it! Very beautiful rooms and bathroom. Awesome view of the harbour and sea. Breakfast typically Italian but that's ok. The hotel manager was so nice and super friendly and very helpful :-) We also booked the New Years Dinner at the hotel restaurant "Vela". It was wonderful! They even made a vegetarian menu for us! Very very happy and we will come back! The staff were really attentive and there were good drinks in the mini bar.

The location is great, Mercato del Capo and Teatro Al Massimo is several hundred meters away. Excellent bakery in the neighborhood. The owners are a decent couple with decent jobs in the city, ready and with good taste to recommend you about food and anything worth visiting in and around the city

The place was super clean and organized and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they literally helped us with everything and we felt like its our family there, the place is in the center of the city close to everything and its so easy to get there and the owner came to meet us and to explain everything to us from the first second there. Its not 10/10 its 10000/10 and if im coming back to Messina im gonna go back to suleima ❤️.

The place is really good for solo travellers, price is not high. I really recommend this hostel.
