It is located by Slnecne jazera (Sunny lakes) where you have opportunities for jogging, swimming, walking etc. There are cafes, restaurants and various playgrounds nearby.

We had a great stay in this studio apartment. It was spotless on arrival, very well equipped, and perfect for a week-long stay. The location is excellent — central and right beside a tram stop with easy access to the train station. The balcony was a lovely bonus. Check-in was simple with a lock box, the online guide was really helpful. We had a small issue, and the host fixed it for us in less than ten minutes and communication was excellent throughout. We couldn’t fault the place and would happily stay again.

You have towels in there, a dryer and a perfectly arranged kitchen with everything you need. The host is very kind and patient and he explains and answers every question you have.
