His kindness, attention to detail, and warm personality made us feel at home and made our experience unforgettable. We also want to express our gratitude for the amazing upgrade and all the special attentions in our room to celebrate our honeymoon — it was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Everything was perfect — the room was spotless and beautifully prepared, the service was impeccable, and every staff member was friendly and professional. A 5-minute walk from Cicada Market, Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin, an IHG Hotel - Hua Hin is set in Hua Hin and provides free WiFi, concierge services and a ticket service. We loved the room, the views and the breakfast was outstanding. It was fantastic that the price included the water park and some tokens to spend! The location really suited us and we used the shuttle to the night market and the train behind to get to our next destination!

Breakfast was fantastic, so may choices to choose from and I can't get enough of it. The employees are very helpful and polite. Swimming pool is great and big, many activities for the kids. The hotel is beach front and very quiet, nothing can be more than this perfection. definitely will visit here again

We loved our stay at this guesthouse! Jackie was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, her warmth, politeness, and dedication left a lasting impression. Her attention to detail and hard work blew us away. She kept our room spotless, swapped out towels like clockwork, and always greeted us with the warmest smile. Honestly, her politeness was next-level. I almost wanted to bow back at her! But can we talk about the BREAKFAST? Seriously, they’re serving up the best healthy spreads ever. Think fresh fruit, crunchy toast, and freshly brewed coffee that looked like they belonged on Instagram. My boyfriend and I left already planning our next trip to Chiang Mai, and you bet we’ll stay here again. Jackie made the place feel like a home away from home.
