I was attending the National Storm Chaser Summit, which I would like to thank the hotel for hosting. I was particularly happy with the ready availability of water and iced tea throughout the day at the summit! The conference area, common areas of the hotel, and my room were all clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for hosting us this year!

Based on Google Maps images, I was a bit afraid that the hotel would be outdated. But there was nothing to be afraid about. This hotel has exceeded all expectations. Check-in was smooth and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. We loved the "Old West" vibe in the hotel. Due to the proximity of Big Bend National Park and State Park, the hotel was incredibly silent at night and offered excellent night skies, which resulted in excellent sleep. I cannot wait to go back someday!

Service was amazing!! We left a sentimental item after leaving, and live in the UK - they were happy to help get this shipped back to us which we’re super grateful for! The location was also great - quick Ubers to AT&T (though you could also walk) and a shop not too far away.
