The room was super comfy and the location was perfect - my friend and I went to a concert at WAMU and it was very convenient! It was so nice heading back to a hotel that was only a 1 minute walk away from the theatre. Everyone who helped us out was very kind, professional and warm which made our stay extra special!

Beautiful small mountain town hotel. Wonderful rustic decor. Roaring fire in the common room in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle that can run you into town or to the ferry. Gorgeous outdoor pool and hottub. Fantastic breakfast included. We were thoroughly impressed and are already making plans to return!

First & foremost, Ofelia on the front desk. Ofelia was the most friendly, helpful & informative hotel reception person we have met on our vacation in the USA & Canada. The hotel is in a great location near the cruise line piers, restaurants & Amtrak station to Vancouver. The attached bistro & bar is run by Gabe, a great guy to have a talk with. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Seattle.

Overlooking the Riverbend Golf Complex in Kent, Washington, this hotel offers free wireless internet. Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green features a free continental breakfast every morning.

Travelled from the UK for a funeral so wasn't the greatest circumstances but the staff were very friendly and polite, the breakfast was lovely and the location was great. Felt safe and was in between the airport and where we needed to get to in Kent. Free water whenever required and free refills of tea/coffee throughout the day. It also had a little shop to buy any emergency items.
