What is the maximum value that will be discounted?

We discount up to ¥3,000 per person per night.

How do I know which properties are part of the National Travel Support Campaign?

Participating properties will have a ‘National Travel Support’ badge on their property page and property listing in search results.

What are the available payment options?

All normal payment methods are available, but you must choose to pay in advance when completing the booking to have the discount applied. Bookings made using the 'Pay at the property' payment option are not eligible for the discount.

Do other Booking.com discounts, like Genius, apply in addition to the National Travel Support discount?

Yes, all existing Booking.com discounts apply and are calculated before the National Travel Support discount is applied.

Are bookings made prior to the National Travel Support Campaign eligible for the discount?

No. Only bookings made from 10 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 are eligible for the National Travel Support discount.

What is the maximum value of the National Travel Support coupon?

You can get coupons worth ¥2,000 on weeknights and ¥1,000 on weekends and public holidays per person, per night.

Terms and conditions for Booking.com service

  • NO pre-registration required, NO voucher/ID entry required when booking.
  • Properties not eligible at the time of booking or stay, may become eligible at a later stage subject to government approval. Please visit the relevant prefecture website for the latest list of participating properties.
  • Please make sure you observe the 'new travel etiquette' at the time of travelling and abide by the health and safety measures advised on the official 全国旅行支援 - National Travel Support website.
  • In the event of fraudulent activities or any other misuse of the campaign, the discount may not be applied.
  • Note that you will need to present your identification document (e.g. My-number card, driving licence, health insurance card, student ID, or employment ID) at the property.
  • Booking.com’s Privacy Statement is applicable to this campaign.
