Lovely atmosphere here! Only stayed for 2 nights having not enjoyed or been able to sleep in another hostel. The 4 bed dorm was perfect and comfortable with good storage. A good kitchen with lots of herbs and spices and oil to use (which is always a pleasant surprise). The pool was great too!

The room was very comfortable and clean. There was hot water in the bathroom and enough blankets to keep us warm at night. San Pedro is small, so the hostal was close enough to everything. Our bus to calama would leave later than the check out time, so we were allowed to leave our luggage in custody for a fair fee.

The host (Rudi) was wonderful. Communication was excellent. We used Whatsapp because my Spanish is not good. The room and rest of the hostal was well kept and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and we liked it was a short walk from the central roads. We are also very grateful that we were able to leave a suitcase behind when we realized our multi day tour to Uyuni would not let us take both suitcases. Highly recommend Hostal Qachi Chentura.

What a great place to stay in San Pedro de Atacama. We loved everything about it. It is clean, very clean, it has a welcoming seating area, good hot shower, levelly communal kitchen. Nayra and Constanza were soo kind to us. They packed a breakfast box for our early breakfast.

The owner was so accommodating. He went out of the way to make sure I had breakfast and a snack, even when tours started super early. He helped with booking my shuttle to and from the airport. He and his family were lovely! It was also nice that there was a mini grocery store at the corner of the street that operates from about 6:30am to 10pm in case you need water, snacks or toiletries. It is a pleasant and safe 10 min walk to the main street.
