Great location for visiting Spalding, Sleaford and the surrounding area. The cottage is lovely and made our stay very comfortable, and also had a sizeable lawn which was great for our dog.

Beautiful, spacious room. Stylish in all respects and very comfortable place to stay. We also ate in the bar/restaurant which was very good and lovely staff. No carpark, but street parking was available right outside. Highly recommend!

The room was small but had everything in the room that we needed. A kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, washing up facilities, fridge. The owner very kindly left some fresh milk and some cakes. The owner guided us by telephone to his home and was very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. There was a bath with shower and plenty of hot water. TV with Netflix. An armchair to sit comfortably to watch TV. And a table and chairs to eat at.
