Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

Absolutely exceptional in every way. The property is styled from the heat and the owners and staff are so warm and caring. Breakfast is a very special experience that goes beyond wonderful home prepared food too.

The apartment was amazing, clean, nice and modern. the host was also very kind, gave us all info about the busses to the city, etc. location is perfect, about 5min ride do desenzane.

Everything was excellent. A group of three, that stayed for 2 nights. The room was cozy and very clean. When we arrived we got free water. The host was very helpful and kind. Good conversations were made! Anna kindly gave us a ride to the trainstation when we departed ❤️. It’s clear that this is her passion. The location was also good, a 10 minutes walk to the closest supermarket and 15 min to Desenzano centre, where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. Defenitly recommend staying here!

Felt like home away from home. We have missed access to kitchen, bathroom, laundry on our travels, so to be able to come home and feel like we have explored and need to relax - it was perfect. The hostess is absolutely lovely and hospitable, who added loving details to make it so warm and welcoming. It was so nice to be able to make home cooked meals, relax, and adventure all at the same time.
