The location was great - very close to the metro station. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perfect for visitors with a car due to the free parking at the hotel. Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpensa features free Wi-Fi and a free fitness center. Having just endured a few hours of hell at the airport & the rudest taxi driver ever, it was so nice to have the most wonderful/polite/helpful receptionist. Having booked breakfast I realised I would have checked out before breakfast is served. The receptionist arranged a 'packed meal' . Needed a taxi for 0400hrs, the receptionist organised and was considerable cheaper than the one I had taken to get there during the day!!! couldn't have asked for nicer staff, very pleasant surroundings
