Spacious room, well-lit, with good support for work. Very comfy bed, and good facilities and amenities in the bathroom. Good location in Umeda, wit great access to shops, restaurants, bars, and the station. Room service has a proper printed menu, no need to access QR codes on the TV and order off your Smartphone (Hooray!). Food was also very good. The usual helpful Hilton staff were everywhere.

The hotel is modern and new, your typical Hilton. We stayed here for quick access to the train station, as we were planning day trips to nearby cities and places. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staying here was a dream and fulfilled our curiosity of what it's like to stay in a Japanese style town house. Yoko was a gracious host who knows how to make guests feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom great, and the garden a gem. I was very happy staying here and would come again. I wish places like this existed in every city.

Exceptional comfort, but it's the Hilton. I paid for the best and I got what I paid for. The view from the 22nd floor was exactly what I was hoping for.

It was more expensive than the previous hotels we stayed in but it was well worth it. The old saying, you get what you pay for, was true for the Hilton.

The well located breakfast buffet offered an extensive array of choices from traditional bfast fare such as omelette, sausages, veggies, fruits and pastries to Japanese delicacies. This Hilton breakfast provided a great start to each day.

Perfect for a curious couple happy to meet the best of Osaka in a short stay. Perfect location :)

The hotel was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it. The king bed was huge and comfortable, room was cleaned very well on a daily basis, staff were very helpful. I thought the room had some nice touches with the windows covering reminding you that you were in Japan. Had an amazing view on the 23rd floor. About a 5 min walk to Osaka Station or 3 min to the Nishi Umeda station. Very easy to get to most places. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka and would definitely stay there again. One of the better Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in.
