We booked for Friday night Sept 4th and then had to emergency book again on Sept 6th due to another hotel not having our reservation in a town a bit further away. Was happy to come back here and have a safe and wonderful night! Would highly recommend!!

Beds were very comfy. Staff was extremely kind and pleasant. We will stay again. facilities very clean and fresh. Modern look is beautiful and refreshing. Great for family with kids.

Hotel reception large, open, clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary tea and coffee nearby. Laundry room, good. We were on top floor, quiet. Room large, clean, walk-in shower, as I requested. Big bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker, complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast included in price and was very good indeed. Hotel a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall.

For a decade old hotel, it smelled new. The King Bed was quite comfortable. The water was hot, right now. Yhe hot tub was the perfect deepness. The breakfast was excellent.
