One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect; rooms, garden and swimming pool as well as the breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and excellent service. 10 out of 10 in every category ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a very friendly welcome from the whole family that owns the hotel. They designed it and have obviously given their whole heart into every aspect of it. Our waiters are really worth mentioning. Yan-Yan and Eddiemare are gems 💎 always friendly and willing to do everything for us. We have never experienced such a great personal service and atmosphere. We will be back to beautiful Makarska and of course Casa Columba will be our first choice ❤️

First and most important the fact that it’s a new and well renovated, beautifully designed accomodation with a cozy and full of character little garden, with beautiful plants that are very well maintained. The room is good size (no.2), the bed is comfortable, the sheets, pillows and cosmetics are of very good quality, the shower is very nice, the towels were a bit rough but ok, under the sink you have vanity kit with everything you might need in a vacation. The windows face the narrow street so the wooden blinds have to stay closed for privacy, but we didn’t mind that. Also good coffee and tea which became very useful as we got a strange flu the last two days of our stay. The attention to details of the host Ivana is impressive, I appreciate the way she answered all our questions, the fact that she understood we were not early risers & the cleaning of the room, the way she helped us shocked not to find our car because it was lifted at 8a.m from the parking nearby with payed parking ticket in the window, just because we were tourists and they can abuse you how they like. The next day 8th july there was a horrendous storm in Split and our car got hit by big hail so Ivana told us to go check it. I love the way she cares and treats you as a guest, not just selling you a room and waiting for you to get out of it! It’s the first time someone has a 10 with congrats from me and applause for being a nice human! It’s a rare trait these days so if we have the courage to come back to beautiful Split we’ll definitely stay here again. 🙂

We stayed for 1 night. The room was very clean and good. The owners were very friendly and helped us when we had questions. We would highly recommend this room.

The cutest most beautiful place..the style, the details😍we had a room with a terrasse. The host Lidija respond superfast and even without asking send us lots of good and helpful tip. They came with Fresh croissants in the morning (no breakfast incl) how cute isn’t that. I can’t recommend this place enough! And the host also have the coolest clothing line and pop up in the hotel..u should check it out: mychoice.hr We will be back😍
