Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Hotels That Guests Love in Lübeck
  • Staff were very friendly and helpful, although the place was mostly empty (booked for a few days before Christmas). Breakfast was perfect. Having a place to park was also great - the streets around the hostel are narrow and difficult to find space to park. There isn't so many parking spaces available, but it wasn't an issue while I was there.

  • The hostel is very clean. It has big rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. They have great breakfast.

  • For the medieval town of Lubeck, this hostel was great...unloaded the car then parked within walking distance...had a large room with mini kitchen...and the funky restaurant / bar had live music the night we were there. Speaking English was not a problem either.

  • The place is cheap, relatively comfortable and not to noisy (for a youth hostel). Breakfast was included and was decent. Very easy good parking but a bit of a walk to the city centre.

  • The whole atmosphere was really nice. It's a usual youth hostel, very simple, but cute. You have everything that you need.
