all the staff were friendly, the rooms we got was a private room with our own bathroom! was good space, comfy beds, shower was warm and easy to use, heat worked in room and had windows for light and to cool down. to enter the hostel a key was required and the desk was open 24/7 so if you do come between certain hours a slip of paper was required which allowed me the comfot to feel secure. they provided hangers, one hand towel (we were able to use for showers). within the hostel they had outdoor areas, snacks, toiletries, towels 1 and addition 5 euro deposit, laundry 10 euro, sitting areas, sauna 3 euro for 20 mins, breakfast 8am - 10am 4 euro pp, locker 1 euro a day and provided parking. parking disc required 8:30am - 6:30 pm, was free over night. discs were 1.50 each and last 2 hours each. they hostel was located at the top of the hill, close to the train and city centre! would definitely recommend this as a smart travel selection, good value for good quality!

As soon as we arrived, everything was as it should be. Friendly staff, great location. Support already answered all my questions beforehand, as we had to make a few changes to the reservation. The breakfast was worth the price. The bar of the hostel itself should be praised the most. Every evening something happened, we met new people. We will be back!!
