I am the most local boutique hostel in the world. My 21 rooms are all themed with Dutch designs that reflect Haarlem and its surroundings. Want to be close to everything? You're in luck!

I was able to drop off my luggage before check-in and go out for lunch. When I returned, I checked in easily. There was a guest kitchen available; I didn't use it but it was clean and I saw others use it! I stayed in one of the female dorms, which had 4 built-in bunk beds (8 total beds). Each bunk had it's own built-in storage underneath for guests to use, with hinges to attach a lock. Towels and bed linens were included; bed was already neatly made, I just had to retrieve a fresh towel from the front desk. Each bunk had a functioning lamp and one USB port. There were also at least 2 full outlets in the room. Separate toilet and shower, both with their own sink. Hooks on the shower room wall as well as a hook for each guest in the bedroom! Great for hanging my tote and rain jacket at night. Breakfast was yummy and affordable. The hostel is located in the quiet area of town, which was awesome. No loud people in the streets or in the hostel itself to disturb your rest even with windows open. Extensive "living space" throughout the building (tables and chairs to work or eat or chat at) including an open air space. I spent my days in Amsterdam; the main Haarlem train station is a 15-20 minute walk (or you can take a bus from Bushalte Turfmarkt, about a 7 min walk from the hostel) and there are trains to Amsterdam Centraal at least twice an hour.

The location is very close to the main square and not too far from the train station. There was an electric heater and fan available if needed. The door locks had codes, no need for keys or cards, or even checking-in in person.
ClinkNOORD is located in Noord area, just across the IJ River and within 10 minutes from the back of Amsterdam Centraal Station. The ferry ride is free and available 24/7.

The common areas are where they shine. So comfortable with lots of spaces to be alone but also helped to foster community without being forced. The place was so clean and you could tell everyone who worked there cared about keeping the place comfortable and accessible. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the location was very central to lots of great spots.
Located in the Red Light District of Amsterdam, Durty Nelly's Inn a 7-minute walk from the Central Station and a 1-minute walk from Dam Square. The property is close to several well-known attractions....

Great location and friendly staff. First time sleeping in a capsule bed. Compared to bunkbed, it allows much more privacy, but the ventilation is still good enough.

The facilities were very nice and clean. Staff was also very friendly. The location was a very short walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Value for money budget hotel in a great location
The area has a busy nightlife at the weekend
The breakfast is ok, would have liked to have seen toast available
Really nice hostel with a warm and welcoming vibe. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an apartment with our two young sons there. There was lots of space for the four of us and it had everything we needed. A lovely find. The stairs was quite steep and needed a bit of safety monitoring with our toddler, a given consideration in Holland. Good location & we would stay there again.
Is one of the best hostel that I stayed in my life is now 17 county’s and I never see something like, we got something close in New York, but is not the same vibe.
This place is amazing, people who work there they are all amazing too
2nd time staying in this hostel. Best hostel bed I've had so far. The girl dorm is cozy. Common areas look nice. Good location in the city. Nice staff. You can rent a bike.
The breakfast was nice and the view in the morning was gorgeous. It is worth a place to stay if you are on a budget or a backpacker. Overall, you pay very cheap for the night and it is worth your money.
Easily one of the best hostels I have been in. It was modern, clean and it felt like they cared to give you a really good stay. They were super nice, gave suggestions on places to eat and drink and also had free lemon water available at the reception!
Keep in mind that it's a "calm" hostel. If you are looking to party hard, this would not be the place to go. If you want a place outside of the city centre of Amsterdam, where you can rest on a tight budget, this is the perfect place.
