Mandioca hostel has a great location in the old town of Asunción. You can either walk into town or take a bus from the bus stops close by, even to the airport. My bed was comfortable and the people in my dorm were friendly. It was quiet at night. They have lockers and it is safe.

I do love the hosts and hotel. The room was so cosy! The hosts speak English, German and Spanish. There are many European tourists who have chosen the hotel. The atmosphere is friendly. Guests are gathering on an inner yard named (garden) where there is a swimming pool. There's no problem to prepare a meal because the kitchen is provided with al the cooking stuff. .
