Clean and well maintained property. The room had everything we needed. We got a warm welcome and great breakfast! We came with a rental car, which we could park behind the gate on the property. Very useful as we had all our kitegear in the car.

I would definitely recommend staying here. In addition, for kiters, the beach is a short walk and the wind conditions in Preá are great in general.

Thisis the best spot in Cumbuco - the staff is super friendly and helpful, the instructors are the best, the facilities are great and the breakfast is also very good. I came back here twice, i highly recommend it!
