Parking was also available close by! The staff were very welcoming and kind, helping us out with any questions we had for our first time in Jasper.

HI Calgary City Centre is located in East Village, right around the corner from downtown. Free coffee and tea is provided all day. The City Hall transit stop is 2 minutes away and offers free transport within the city center. Free WIFI is included. The staff here are amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room is a bit tight for the number of beds, but it’s manageable. Adding privacy curtains to the bunk beds would make a big difference, especially given the limited space. The facilities are decent and kept clean. It’s conveniently located near the bus station. The location is great—away from the hustle and chaos of the town center and closer to the mountains, just the way I like it. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a solid spot to meet other backpackers and solo travelers.

All guest rooms at the hostel come with a private bathroom and bed linen. Lovely little hostel. It felt very much like the guesthouses I have stayed in in some parts of Europe. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The main gathering areas were comfortable and had everything you need. The staff were very welcoming as well. Lots of parking! Directions given were great as it is out of GPS range and made it super easy to find. I would definitely stay again.
