Location is fantastic, rooms, bed and facilities are perfect, its one of the best places I have ever stayed and I have travelled a lot. The City Hall transit stop is 2 minutes away and offers free transport within the city center. Free WIFI is included. Please note that anyone is welcome to stay with a valid ID from outside of Calgary.

Shared bathrooms facilities are provided for dormitory guests. A 40" flat-screen cable TV, a desk and an ensuite bathroom are offered in the private guest rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, gave good advice. I missed while booking that breakfast is included and they informed me about it, which was great. The breakfast was also really good with pancakes, orange juice and some PBJ sandwiches. The locations is really good as it is close to the tram station and overall downtown area.

The bed was comfortable and I felt comfort even if it is hostel. Bathroom was clean, and they offered special meal everyday, giving me great options to eat.

The location is perfect, very clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities on-site. The bed is very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. HI Banff provides each guest a free bus pass for the local transport system. Discounted ski packages, bike rental vouchers, and Summer rafting tickets are available. The place is really amazing; the staff is friendly, and they even gift you a 3-day public transport pass so you don't have to pay for it. The rooms were great, comfy, and warm. I was able to work from a small office they have looking out to the woods, and it was really great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
