Carb city left. This auberge approaches the task with scientific precision. I never missed breakfast, though extending my stay from 1 to 3 days. What more is there to say? You mention location, initially this concerned me, but I discovered it to be quite convenient after all, with public transport as well as walking.

No elevator so you will surely get your exercise if you have a room in 2nd or 3rd level. Very close to all good spots in Old Quebec and about 30-45mins away from Montmorency Falls. Lots of restaurants around the area, and very close to Place d’Youville, Petit Champlain, Chateau Frotenac, and more.
