It was an unforgettable vacation in a picturesque mountain area. The level of service was outstanding. The room was clean and very warm, and it was extremely convenient to have a dedicated place for storing ski equipment. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional. Nadia and Thomas (and Barry the lovely dog) made me feel so welcome. Breakfast was all organic local food with fresh fruit, bircher muesli... nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with a stunning view of the mountains. Straight out the door onto the cobbled streets at the heart of Engelberg.

The place was set in such a calm area, we had a great nights sleep! Throughout very clean, tidy and comfortable, all services accessible. The host was very kind and accommodating, even when we arrived 2 hours late due to a traffic accident en route. A very approachable individual. We would gladly stay again.
