The staff speaks very good english and is very helpful with everything. Special thanks to zoey who helped me solving an issue i had at shenzhen station!! You can also book tours in the hostel (e.g li river cruise) and get recommondations for what to do in guilin. The single rooms are big, clean and confortable. Would definitely stay again.

Eden Inn offers a European standard of Service and Cleanliness. We pride ourselves in the highest standard of Cleanliness and Value for Money in the whole Yangshuo area. Lovely property with a beautiful garden and great views over the mountains. Spacious and tastefully decorated room with a comfy bed. The hotel has recently changed hands and the owners are no longer fluent in English, but we got by with the help of translation apps and they were infinitely helpful - showing us to local restaurants, booking taxis - and extremely kind and friendly. We really felt at home at our first stay in China and it was a pleasure to see them everyday. We would recommend the Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel at a nearby restaurant (we didn’t try Western).
