Помешкання Zhangjiajie Highlights Guesthouse розміщено в місті Чжанцзяцзе, за 20 км від пам'ятки "Національний лісовий парк "Чжанцзяцзе"" та за кілька кроків від пам'ятки "Zixia Taoist Temple". Дуже рекомендую це місце! Власниця допомогала нам з усіма нашими проблемами, постійно викликала таксі, наприклад, та поклала гроші на Вічат, а ми дали гроші готівкою, термінал для карток Віза/мастеркард у них також є. Я дуже вдячна за такий прекрасний сервіс! Номер прекрасний, чисто, кожного дня оновлювали воду і викидали сміття 🚮 Поряд є продуктові магазини і локація також непогана, близько до East входу в національний парк. До речі, для всіх туристів я б рекомендувала краще купувати білети на самий високий скляний міст у світі та в парк Тіанмен, ніж в національний парк Zhangjiajie (це три різні локації, а не одна, як ми думали помилково, і вони знаходяться не поряд), бо ці 2 місця вражають більше. Власниця допоможе купити білети по таким же цінам як на сайті, ще й розповість який краще маршрут обрати і дасть туристичну мапу для цього місця. На англійській говорять чудово. Я б рекомендувала одразу дати свій вічат через платформу букінгу, так зручніше комунікувати.

Only a 5-minute walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Destination Youth Hostel features private guest rooms and simple dormitory rooms with free Wi-Fi. A very good hotel, the location is very good, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the park entrance, the owner is omnipotent and can do anything for you, he used to be a tour guide for 10 years, he speaks very good English, helped us book tickets for the scenic area, recommended a very good tourist route for us, ralph is so professional, he and the staff are warm and hospitable, recommended delicious restaurants for us, provided us with laundry service, this is a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended to friends in need, I think I will come again.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by their genuine warmth and kindness. The reception team was not just efficient but truly welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. When I asked on the reseption for directions to a attractions, and she not only provided a detailed map, boot me a tickets but also shared some personal tips and called ahead to check the opening hours. This level of thoughtful service is rare and deeply appreciated. It felt less like a standard hotel transaction and more like being a guest in a caring home. The team's proactive and sincere care was the highlight of my trip. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful and heartwarming experience!

I really loved it there, even more so because I just came from a zangjiajie with a hostel that was disgusting, I was so happy coming to this hostel, it’s in the middle of the phoenix city with lots of food options nearby, they also have a kitchen if you wanna cook yourself, the room has a normal toilet too if you don’t like squatting toilets. The employees were especially nice and helped me a lot, they translated everything if I needed something, if you wanna try on cultural Chinese clothes- they have a few dresses and lots of jewelry to try on for free 😊.I liked it so much I stayed two more days and if I visit this great city again I’ll definitely book here again 😊

Staffs were super helpful, shout out to Dewy and An who helped me a lot in this trip. They answer my endless questions with ease and booked lots of attractions with discounted price! I met many friends from this hostel and we had a dinner two nights in a row. Hostel is so close to the East Gate and restaurants. Across the hostel, there's breakfast place and supermarket that sells some breads. It really felt like home away from home.
