The staff is so incredibly friendly! Always there to help you and always with a smile. They organize many (high quality) trips and activities to make sure you get the best out of your stay in San Gil. The private room I stayed at was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had a good shower with hot water. The garden with jacuzzi is a nice place to relax and meet others. When I got sick during my stay, Shaun helped me get my medication and even brough it to my room. I felt super safe and comfortable here and would recommend this place to everyone.

Easy going, flexible hostel in nice neighbourhood. Quickly feels like a laid back home. Simple, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice coffee next to the hostel. Cute rooftop.

Great hosts. Great breakfast. Great location...if you have a car as it is a bit outside of town. That said, being outside of town is one of its charms. Life doesn't get much better than burying yourself in one of the hammocks and uncoupling from the world.

No glass windows. Never stayed in a hostel where all the doors and windows are open. It had the doors to circulate the air inside the bunks. Wonderful sleep. The best hostel I've ever stayed in.

The garden was a beautiful spot to journal, meet other travellers, mediate, nap in a hammock or bird watching. The beds were comfy and they also gave you a towel to use during your stay!! Internet drops out sometimes but this is normal for the area.
