Mohammed was super helpful. It was a short stay for me but I'll make sure I'll come back. Bathroom was clean and the bed was so comfortable.

This hostel in Luxor offers a rooftop terrace with views of the Temple of Queen Hatchepsut and the Theban Necropolis. There is also an on-site restaurant and a small garden to relax. The staff are genuinely helpful and fun. Amr and Kareem, and Mohammed at reception, went above and beyond to make everything easy. They helped me out more than once (from organizing a balloon flight to rescuing me when my old boots fell apart or when I forgot my glasses or wallet). I met three other solo female travellers here, which made the stay even better. The room and bathroom were very clean, with reliable hot water. There’s no heating in winter, but an extra blanket is available. Sunrise views of hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace are amazing. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and I also recommend the dinners by chef Ali, served at the Embrace Hotel. The location is convenient - about a 10-minute walk to the public ferry, with good local food spots, a juice stand, and bike rentals nearby.

The apartment was perfect for us, great position with windows and balcony on the Sphinx Avenue, really close to the temple of Luxor and the Luxor Museum. The Egyptian breakfast was excellent, and the staff was really welcoming! Samira, Dina and Sahal took good care of us and the dinners Samira cooked for us were delicious!

The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant, they helped us with everything always with a smile. It has been a pleasure to share 2 days of our trip in this hostel. We took 2 excursions, one of them in a balloon and everything was perfect.
