I came for three nights and stayed for two more... Do I need to say more? :P The hostel is situated beautifully close to the beach. Laid back hostel run by a very kind family. If you're in the south of Santorini and have the chance to stay here, do not hesitate, support the family. Clean and very good price. Antonio is still in the process of renovating and making plans for the future. But for now you have everything you need for a comfortable stay,

I stayed at Caveland with family (my two kids and my mother). The room was much more spacious than I could have anticipated. I was expecting a much more smaller room, with several beds fit within the available space (based on past experience). Instead, what we got a essentially a small apartment, with two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small living room, all spacious, well equipped (e.g. air condition, wireless, towels etc) and clean. The balcony outside the room was nice for relaxing and also observe the kids in distance, playing in the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the large swimming pool, it was ideal for the warmest part of the day when we did not want to move around in the island under the Sun. Breakfast was basic but more than sufficient. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The dogs were also a nice company. The village has few nice places to eat, or you can also order to get food delivered at Caveland. Overall, I hope that the fact that Caveland is listed as hostel in some booking websites is discouraging from some families to even consider it as an option - I instead cannot recommend it more.

The location is really convenient. It is near the bus station of Fira. The staff is really friendly. Everything is tidy and comfortable. It’s really an excellent hostel.

Everything was good! The bed was so comfortable, clean toilets and showers. The lady at reception Ms.Dana is so hospital and friendly, I highly recommend this place for solo travellers like me)
