The breakfast was great and it had a calm vibe to the place. Anup is a great host and helped with anything I asked. All the staff make this one of the best places I’ve stayed (including the very friendly cat)

Clean, comfortable, great get- away- from- everything location. The best staff! Meals on-site were delicious, too, and there's a hammock and a dog. It's not a vibing backpacker hostel, but I really enjoyed my stay here

The owner is very helpful with whatever you might need, the atmosphere is friendly and familiar and the location allows you to get around the area very easily. Being in the mountains, you need to take into consideration to walk up and down but anachal has constant busses to munnar and from there it's easy to reach the start of many treks. Highly recommended :)

It would be easy to have a relaxing, work trip here, but as a solo traveller I was also easily able to make friends and have a fun night. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Stayed here on my last night of my amazing Kerala holiday as it was close to the airport. Arrived by train when it was getting dark so by the time I got a Tuk Tuk driver that spoke English and had a rough idea where the Homestay was I was fairly stressed by the time I finally arrived. But the owner was so calm and helpful I quickly calmed down. He showed me where the kettle was. Told me where a nearby chemist was and even order my takeout dinner on his app and just added it onto my room bill as I had no cash at the time.
