This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Cute cabin, that had all the things you need for a short stay. Room was clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were beautiful, you could walk to the ocean or to the rocks or to a little church.

Húsey Hostel & Horsefarm features accommodation 55 km from Egilsstadir. The hostel has family rooms. At the hostel the rooms include a shared bathroom with a shower. This is a family owned farm and the hostel itself is more like a cute guest house owned by a family with a fully equipped kitchen and a tremendously cosy conservatory with an awesome view onto the mountains and the tundra around. I had the cordial feeling, the lovely feeling of visiting the farm of my beloved grandparents in the countryside. It is such gorgeously secluded place surrounded by pristine beauty. I will definitely come back :)

Located in Seydisfjördur village, this hostel offers a rooms with a seating area, fjord views and free Wi-Fi. Seydisfjördur Swimming Pool is just 30 metres away. Parking is free at the hotel. it was nice and clean, easy check-in and checkout with their honor system since we arrived super late and I was very nervous about making sure we were able to checkchecking, but it was super easy and fast with their booling message and their log in book. there was also a very nice communal area with a full kitchen and boxes for the tenants. There was even a laundry area and Sauna which we didn't use but definitely can see the usefulness if we had stayed more than one night.

Amazing location, intimate atmosphere. Magical surroundings. The staff has been great, we were even upgraded to a higher accommodation upon arrival, the restaurant serves great local specialties.

Located in Djúpivogur village, this hostel offers rooms with free WiFi. The rooms are located in a separate house, while there is a shared kitchen in the main building. Located with scenic view and right next to a pool. I would highly recommend booking this place when staying in Djúpivogur!
