A wonderful little hostel! Incredible hosts. They’re not around all day but when they are, they’ve very welcoming and kind. Despite not speaking the same language, they made exceptional effort using google translate to support me. The scooter hire was considerably affordable and a great way to get around the island. Highly recommended!

Excellent staff - friendly & helpful. Small 4-bed dormitory. No full self catering guest kitchen but there's a cafe serving meals onsite. Highly recommended.

It's clean and new, no matter in rooms, toilet, bathroom or dining room. The host are a friendly couple with good English. There's a nice coffee shop, but we didn't spend time there, because the dinning room is so complete and comfort for us to make some food by ourselves, and enjoy coffee with friends. It's a perfect experience, I'd like to stay more nights there next time.

Thanks a lot for the great time spend in your house! The house was calm and peaceful, the host are an amazing kindness family! The breakfast was delicious and copious. The localities is near the beach and 7min walk to Tsumugi village, there are some fews little nice restaurant, and local farm around accessible by foot if you are motivate to talk. Futon bed - one of the comfiest I slept in during my 3 months in Japan. Owner - She was nice enough to drive me to the closest onsen after I arrived following a 85km cycle. Food - Really nice jerk chicken, not something you’d expect to find in southern Kyushu

The owners were so friendly, they helped us with recommendations, getting to know the area and even organised a ride to a local restaurant for us to try out. They went above and beyond, also Miman itself is a beautiful place, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was large with 2 showers. There was even a shared lounge area with manga and access to cooking facilities. Overall an amazing place, highly recommend!
