Perfect location 3 minutes walking from station. I met nice people there and had a very good sleep at night. The building, the music and the owner are heartwarming. He didn't speak English fluently but he's really kind and helpful. He even provide free rental for bicycles! Recommend to ride a bike around the Ise shrine! Oh and the breakfast is freshly cooked by the owner, just perfect
