I stayed in the Local riverside during Khmer new year and it was great. It’s close to everything and still calm if you just want to chill. The beds in the dormitory are big but you can also have a private room if you prefer. The must is Yat the owner and the others staff members like Nana who are very nice and welcome you as a friend. Also the food is very good. I definitely recommend to stay there.

Great location. Walking distance from Wat Phnom. Surrounded by food stalls. The owner Nicky is awesome. They serve great food in the restaurant and a fully stocked cool bar. Has a nice swimming pool. I took the Pod Room which was very comfortable. It’s a safe place to stay. The staff are friendly and speak good English. I highly recommend staying here 100%
