We were warmly welcomed by Tola, Seyha and all the staff, always smiling and helpful. Also the rooms are comfy, shared areas very clean and cosy. It was great to relax at the swimming pool. Food is delicious, especially the Lok Lak and Amok. Thank you Tola, Seyha and all the Nangkol Team :)

I had a great stay. The place looks beautiful, and the facilities are all top notch, especially the pool and rooftop bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel really welcome. And the food? So good.. every meal was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Located along the lively, riverside area of Sisowath Quay, Onederz Phnom Penh offers rooms with free WiFi and a private bathroom. It has a 24-hour reception and business centre for guests. Staffs are really nice, friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and even cheaper than outside. Living area , bar and restaurant, pool area are always clean. I met so many nice people there. It is a fantastic place to stay in Phnom Penh. - Tin Tin ( I hope I spelled correctly ) she can even speaks Burmese language. I got surprised. She is lovely and friendly.

The staff in the hotel was very professional and kind - I arrived earlier than the check in hour and they let me into the room without me even asking about that possibility. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!
