The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The location is superb - right in the heart of Marrakech, perfect for exploring the city. Everything is very, very clean, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was really good every morning and a great start to the day. The rooftop terrace is honestly one of the nicest I’ve ever seen - a peaceful, stunning place to relax above the busy medina. After trying many places in Marrakech, I can finally say I’ve found the perfect hostel/riad. I will definitely come back here every time I’m in Marrakech. Highly recommended in every way!

Before your arrival, the host provides all the necessary information via WhatsApp. The hosts are very kind young people who helped us with everything. Since we had to leave very early every morning, they prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was always waiting for us in the kitchen with a sweet note. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. Thank you for everything! :)

There were 3 types of bread, egg, butter, cheese, milk & coffee, tea, and juice. Abd Rozaq, Hazim/Hizam (sorry😭), Ashraf, and woman staffs are the best, I wish I can repay them back but the time just didn’t work for us. Some people say the location is confusing, but actually it is the most easy hostel to find, it’s near the big road, just try to use the Rue Fatima (don’t trust the google map direction that tell u to pass the jema el fna). They clean the room everyday, give you CLEAN towels and fresh sheets blankets, they also have some tour offered in good price (and I think it’s trusted). After meeting them I wish I can speak French/Arabic since they are very nice person to have conversations with. The guests in the hostel are nice too!! They also have common area that is very pretty 🤩 I LOVE HOSTEL LAKSOUR definitely will come back and recommend to my friends and family 😊🥰

This hostel is cleaned very frequently, toilets and showers are clean as well and I can tell that it smells nicely, even with so many guests that come to visit and stay at this hostel. Big plus for the two rooftops.
