My stay at La isla was a very special one. I felt very comfortable in this place with great people and a very special vibe. Very familiar, clean and cozy. Best hostel of my trip. I will definetely come back:)

Great location, great price with super friendly staff and volunteers that make the place feel more like a home than a hostel.

Great location, a short walk from town and from the bus terminal. Beautiful building with terrace. Staff available 24/7 so we could drop our bags at 5am when we arrived in San Cristobal. You can arrange tours through the hostel - we did the canyon tour which was great and much cheaper than any of the options I found online. Great value room - I think a lot of the buildings in San Cristobal suffer from damp but they've obviously taken steps to address and prevent this in our room.

Great hostel with chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. The kitchen has everything you need and enough space to store food. The bunk beds were in good condition and felt comfortable. The space and bathrooms always clean, with hot water. Great location, close to the centre, but also there are a lot of other restaurants and facilities close by. Great value for money!

This place used to be a hotel but it seems they adjusted it for backpackers , who travel on a Budget. Great location inside the jungle , collectivos pass frequently to town and the ruins Kitchen for guests but also option to eat in the restaurant . Very very beautiful and clean , hot showers , loved my stay !!
