I mean you are in Chacahua and the land itself is paradise but Pora just makes it perfect. The staff are unbelievable, remarkable humans that will go out of their way to help you and make sure your stay is magic. Not only are they incredibly smart and resourceful, I must highlight the incredibly solid humans they are: my husband got really sick and we arrived 2 days later. Not only did they welcome us with open arms and genuine concern, but they also let us stay those 2 nights we arrived late as an extension to our original booking. They also put together a loving decoration because we visited on our honeymoon. Don't even hesitate in staying here. It's like people came together and agreed this place would be run by amazing, warm and empathetic people. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you for everything, guys!

Very close to Zocalo and markets, we liked the location. As well not so far to walk to Ado station through center. Good ventilation in the room, possible to get extra blankets, hot shower. Working wifi. There is a station in the lobby to refill your water bottle, some cookies and coffee. Also, no problem to leave backpacks after check-out. It stored safely in a separate locked room.
