On Lofoten’s rugged coastline just 400 metres from the centre of Kabelvåg fishing village, this hostel has a sauna, BBQ area, laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi. A breakfast buffet is included. This hostel is amazing ! We ask and got a room with a nice view on the little harbor. The room was big with storage, and we sink in it. The shared bathrooms and separated toilets were very clean and close. The kitchen are in a diffèrent building with two big kitchen which one has 5-6 tables and 3 fire stations. Big fridges and Lot of place to cook. There are tables inside and outside, and a tv room. Breakfast was really good, and diverse (buffet) . Coffee is available all the time. Staff is welcoming and nice. The hostel has a bus stop nearby, close to the church and you can walk in 5min to kabelvag center (shop, grocery store, bar and restaurant, nice view on the ocean).

There are two separate sleeping rooms apart from the main the small bathroom, ideal for a family or group of friends. There is also an outside sitting area on the deck to enjoy the midnight sun or having a meal. Despite the small negatives, I would definitely chose the same, as we loved it!
