We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent. The place is just a one-minute walk from a lovely beach. Beautiful nature, quiet surroundings, and a relaxing countryside. The hostel has only one house, recently refurbished and well-kept, so we had the entire swimming pool (with very clean water and lights) to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, as was the lunch, for very good value for money. The host is generous and very friendly – he even invited us to join his family at the local fair in a nearby village, which the children appreciated a lot. We also highly recommend the airport transfer service; we traveled with the host back to the airport, and everything was seamless. Many thanks for a wonderful stay – it was a real pleasure!

Great rural alternative if you don't want to stay right in the tourist center of Valle Anton. We booked three nights and could not have been happier! The host family was really an example of panamanian hospitality, they looked after us for trips, gave us tips, and even a small tour around the neighborhood. Very sweet people. Auxi, the host, is an English teacher, so you will have no problems with communication. We loved the stay as it gave us an idea of rural panamanian life and access to more hidden spots to visit (including the 'Pozo azul', which you need to go to). Recommend!

Bodhi El Valle is located in El Valle and features free WiFi access in all areas, a garden and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available. One of my top hostels in Central America! Bodhi is everything a hostel should be, it was spacious, clean, with friendly staff, events/ways for solo travellers to meet, as well as a well stocked kitchen with lots of space and hot showers! They also had lots of different hang out spaces, places to eat, socialise, rest etc. But also got the little things right e.g. they set clear expectations for the dorms and then made it possible for this to work e.g. lights out at x time, but here is several other spaces you hang out until whatever time you like! The breakfast was also excellent, cooked fresh and varying each morning it was a great way to start the day. They have a movie room, bikes to rent, a yoga space and organised hikes which were a lot of fun. The mattresses even had mattress protectors (a tiny bit noisy but that’s so fine as at least you know they take hygiene seriously!). The value for money was also excellent. Beds had their own curtains, power outlets, lights, fans and lockers. No space was cramped either.

Objekat Hostal familiar Villa Nome, koji se nalazi u gradu Penonomé, nudi zajednički salon, terasu i besplatan WiFi. I have the greatest experience I could imagine. Very helpful and super nice lady. She did her best and more for us. The room was spacious and clean. So was the bathroom.

Very nicely equipped and clean apartment with private outdoor space with a hammock and beautiful garden area. Felt very welcome by the staff and enjoyed our stay very much ! Walking distance to the main strip in town with many restaurants and bakeries available . Wonderful, hiking trails close by .

Luz and her family were wonderful hosts. Luz speaks mostly Spanish, so if you don't, Google translate is your friend. She helped me with my Spanish. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee, and fruit usually. One day she made Venezuelan arepa (flatbread). Lots of help with bus information and places to go. They accommodated a couple special requests. Wonderful back patio with hammocks, special lighting, and seating. Games for children. Highly recommend. Wifi was decent, but may not be up to digital nomad standards. Many restaurants and some grocery stores. May need to text owner you are here since gate is locked (WhatsApp +507 6200‑4371) Tip: If you arrive by bus to Rio Hato and take taxi/small bus to location, you may need to say Posada Acuarela, not Acuarela Hostel.

Osoblje objekta može da organizuje prevoz od/do aerodroma. supercosy hostel, calm, close to the india dormida hike(perfect for a sunrise hike), breakfast included and nice with a private room! good value for the money! clean and lovely view from the hammock! would definitely recommend it!

Smeštajni objekat Hostal La Casa de Juan nudi vrt, zajednički salon, terasu i bar u gradu Valje de Anton. Had a really amazing stay here. Initially booked for Bodhi which wasn’t the vibe, switched to here and had an unforgettable time. WiFi was fine for work, had hiked planned every day, staff were really great. They took professional quality photos on the hikes. I think about my time here warmly!
