Set in an early 20th Century building with marble floors, 1900 Backpacker's Hostel offers budget accommodation with free Wi-Fi, and breakfast in Lima’s historic centre. The beach zone is 5 km away. Great hostel, staff were super nice. Especially Beka was very helpful - without her I would have gotten lost in the Spanish language when trying to book the bus to my next destination. She also shared a list of places to visit in Lima and organized walks in the area. Breakfast was good and also here the people working there were so friendly. I loved the common areas / mingle area as well. The hostel has several activities you can take part in. I will for sure stay here again if I come back to Lima.

Only 200 metres from Miraflores Beach and 4 blocks from the sea, KACLLA, The Healing Dog Hostel in Miraflores offers budget accommodation with free Wi-Fi, breakfast and BBQ facilities. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, excellent space where I immediatly felt at home - able to chill on my own or meet people and have conversations. Excellent. Couldn't possibly have been better. Excellent location too - the corner shop just 30 seconds away has everything you could want, and the main person working there was extremely kind and we ended up having many conversations each time I went there.
