🛵 How to get there: Follow Google maps and turn right near the basketball court, follow the road all the way down, the hostel is on the left side, you will see the sign and can drive up to the house. (see pictures) Its highly recommended to rent a scooter directly from the port to get around Camiguin. 🏡 I love this place!!! It felt like home and I kept extending my stay, Jhong, the owner was in contact with me as soon as I booked, he provided lots of detailed information about Camiguin and let me know about the situation of transport upon arrival. He was away at the time of my visit but was incredible throughout the stay, clear, quick and helpful communication. I slept really well here because of a firm bed and waking up to the natural sound of chickens and pigs :) The place has everything you need and the kitchen is very well equipped. Fridge, water, kettle, cooker, pans etc. I love the general vibe of the place, its cozy and for me, its perfect. The fans are plenty enough to keep you cool. If you want luxury then there are many resorts to pick from, if you want a place in nature that feels like home then J travel trail is for you. ❤️ The neighbours are incredible too and add to the good feeling of the place, even if you come alone, you can easily connect with Ate Marquisa and all the wonderful kids and friendly dogs, they are a reason that I'd love to come back someday! :) I met many really interesting travellers here too! I love that its set in a quieter part of the island and in a nice local neighborhood. There is a big supermarket (Gaisano Camiguin) and the Mahinog local market is nearby (turn right as you leave the side road.) There are also many fruit/veg and small stores along the way.
