Someone helped me through messages in this site with all my queries, a special thanks for this person because I messaged and received response every time. The lady at the frontdesk is also very nice. Another gem of this place is Mario, he is there all the time to give rides in his tricycle, but he is a very special man, he calls himself as Super Mario, so funny, so servicial, so nice! He has the best attitude, a lovely man. He makes this place even more special!!! Definitely I highly recommend this place.

The bathrooms are all clean and modern. Additionally Pugad hostel has a great location, everything is in walking distance. The staff was also super friendly and gave me advice on what to do and how to book it. I had overall a great stay.
