I loved the staff so much. Literally the best. I interacted a lot with Vasco, Damit and also two other staff who were amazing but I do not remember their names. They were very caring and always there for you. I was vegetarian and when I came back to the hostel I found a list of vegan and vegetarian restaurants on my bed. They really make sure that you are comfortable. The view from the rooftop bar was stunning. The beds were comfortable. They clean your room and make your bed everyday.

Cosy atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. Ladies dorm was super quiet and dark, lots of privacy due to the curtains, also the bunk bed area is quite spacious for what you normally get in an hostel, fresh room and comfortable beds, perfect to sleep deeply for a few hours.

Location was so good. I could access to many famous tourist spots around 10 minutes by foot. Train station is also near by the hotel. Staff was helpful. He helped me to carry my luggage to reception.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and available 24/7 :) If there was any issue, they were willing to help. The location was great. For this price, it's worth it. There was also a possibility to join a dinner, eat Portugese food and meet other people. I didn't manage to do it due to the time constraints but it makes the experience unique and makes it stand out from other hostels.

Super nice place, clean, well appointed and decorated. I thank all the staff for providing a great stay, from the nicest Portuguese people in Portugal to other staff from other parts of the world. Most of the time, it felt like I was at some friend's house. Recommended and hope to return again. If you speak English you can have an incredible experience with the other guests too. Even in mixed rooms, there was respect among guests at all times. Great location, super close to the subway (station Restauradores) and bus stop, with several restaurants, shops, bars, squares, shopping malls, etc. very close

Exceptionally clean room. Towels were very clean and during our stay the room was cleaned. There is a lot of shared bathrooms. Staff was very friendly making pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is good. Location is near metro station and at walking distance from center. I would recommend this hostel to all my friends and If I ever come back to Lisbon I will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the VT guest house. The communication was great! I really appreciated the kitchen and outdoor sitting area. The nights were quiet and the bed was really comfortable! I've stayed in places that were way less welcoming, clean and comfortable and paid a lot more for it than here. Best hostel that I have stayed at. Warm, friendly and helpful owners and staff. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great to be able to enjoy the pool and garden. Within walking distance of the town. One feels as if one is staying in a friends home.
