The location and the owners are excellent, Ystad is a very nice city and the apartment location is perfect for visiting the city while also having a quiet and safe place to stay.

Clean, simple and nice rooms. Good parking space. Restaurant and pub in the same building. Great location close to city center, but in very peaceful place in the middle of beautiful fields of Skåne! And the last but not least...very nice and active person running the place and showing all details personally for visitors during their arrival. This made a unique spirit for this place!

Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)
