Khun Nin is the best host in Cha-Am. She is so welcoming and so nice. Her place is simple but you’ve got everything you need : a nice bed, a private bathroom and AC. And she will give you the best advice to enjoy Cha-Am. You won’t get better value for money than Pa Ka Ma. Thank you Nin !

What an incredible experience! I was in Cha am staying at a friends high rise condo and I had one more night in Cha am and wanted to stay in the heart of Cha am. I found this property and it exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to return next year. I stayed in the dormitory because I was curious and I was actually the only one there. Normally I stay in hotels or private rooms but this experience was true luxury in every sense. I had a great time. Next time, I will also try the private room as it looks so beautiful. The property is in the most ideal location. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. The staff were exceptional.

This hostel was incredibly peaceful, clean and I had the best nights sleep since being in Thailand. The room was blackout and cool which meant I was able to catch up on sleep. The mattress was comfy. The bed had a clean towel and bedding with large lockable storage at the foot of the pod. There were two sockets and a fold down small table in the sleeping pod too. The view from the balcony was incredible, mountains and beach with friendly but quiet communal area. The location is great, next to the beach and a short walk to a 7-eleven. Plenty of clean sinks, toilets and showers. I also arrived late, there was good communication back and forth, and the concierge was able to escort me up to the top. The breakfast was limiting but enough to be satisfied. Friendly staff. The other guests were considerate and clean/tidy. Washing machine downstairs too.
