Hospitality of the host. Big room, furniture, a counter to put down our bags. I am sorry we only stayed one night, I should have booked two. Breakfast was a nice surprise. I expected butter, jam and toast. There were eggs, pork and sticky rice too. Such a nice breakfast with a Thai vibe. Also the late check in and a smooth arrangement of our transfer to Koh Mook. It was short but sweet. Great value for money I would book it again.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff, even though communication mostly through translation app. Lots of free toiletries and water. Room cleaning offered, we didn't use it. Comfortable bed. Laundry service, and transportation offered at good prices.

The place was really clean and calm. The room was cozy even though there was no curtains in the over beds (that did not brother at all). The temperature in the room during the night was pleasant. The breakfast was really good and included to the price. 10/10 experience and would definitely go back! I lived in female dorm.

Really comfy beds and the location was excellent! Right next to the train station. The staff was so nice but I didn't see him a lot due to his busy schedule. I was also the only one staying which made it extra quiet. Has an extremely fluffy cat and some fish which I loved, he even told me all about them!

We had an amazing stay at Mumsai House! The attention to detail and kindness of the owners was unmatched. Everyone was so helpful, checking in daily as to whether we needed the room cleaned or anything else. The property was spotless, including the pool. They also offered laundry service, cheaper than other places on the island. We would love to come back!
